Quality and taste priority for local Bistro with a mission.

THE BISTRO at Eagles Point in Eaton announces the expansion of their dining room hours to include Tuesdays. The restaurant’s weekly hours beginning January 30th will be Tuesday-Friday, 11am-2pm, and Saturday from 8am-2pm. Chef Tom Kinne said the response to the restaurant’s menu and mission has prompted the additional hours. “Since we opened last April, we’ve had an amazing reception in both repeat customers and local companies and organizations who want to get involved with our mission”. The restaurant has an extensive chef-prepared menu featuring gourmet burgers and sandwiches, freshly made pizzas, omelets, unique salads and creative daily specials that range from garlic shrimp carbonara to stir-fry pork. “When we created our menu, the priority was taste. I hand-select our meats and other ingredients to get the quality and taste we want to deliver” said Kinne. “What’s even better, is that these meals are priced affordably, at about $6.00 each.” Thanks to the generosity of local volunteers, diners and sponsors, the prices are affordable for local families in need. There is absolutely no tipping at THE BISTRO – but you can “pay-it-forward” to help feed others not so fortunate. Kinne said the additional hours will allow them to help feed even more people. THE BISTRO offers catering, business boxed lunches, dine-in or carryout.
